Transitions

I'm currently in a transition from going to college, coming back home and then leaving again.
I'm transitioning into becoming an adult as opposed to a teenager (I still think I go back and forth sometimes haha).
From t-shirts to blouses.
From sandwiches to casseroles.

I really don't feel much different. But I am really excited for my future :)

Well looking back, I'm done with my first year of college! :)
I look some more pictures for my photography class :)

For one of my projects I did a montage of trees,
so I took ALOT of pictures of trees!

These two were for a light assignment:

Next Up: Roommates and Friends :)

College.

As my winter semester has been coming to a close, I've been looking back on my beginning experience of college. College isn't as hard as I thought it'd be.. But maybe I've just been extremely blessed this semester.. but my classes haven't been hard.. and my roommates have been amazing.. Cooking isn't as bad as I thought it'd be.. haha. One thing that has been hard is money.. But a job could fix that!
I'm very excited for next semester.. My classes are going to be super easy..... And i'm taking a golf class!!
Things I have learned about myself:
1- I need my sleep.
2- I need my alone time.
3- I need the gospel in my life- I need my Savior.
4- Pet Peeve: When people take things lightly that should not be taken lightly.
5- I really like soda.
6- I talk, laugh, make weird noises and fart in my sleep.
All in All, I really like college! Especially here at BYU-Idaho.. Which is surprising.. because I thought I'd hate it here.. But it's been the best thing for me, and has changed me for the better :)
Yay Life!
End of Story.

Aunt Flow

I honestly like being a girl! Surprising, I know. But it's got it's perks!
Then sometimes being a girl. Just freaking Sucks.

idk.

Oatmeal cookies dipped into chocolate fudge frosting? Amazing.
Boy next to me in sociology sitting way too close? Not amazing at all.
Science class being so boring that I have to slap myself to stay awake? Not good for my health.
Being friday and being able to sleep in tomorrow? Gives me hope I can make it through.
Still having a lot of homework and things to do before I can nap? Not cool.
I WANT A NAP.. please?

XYZ

So, I understand why zippers were invented.. But I do consider zippers to be one heck of an awkward thing. Especially when a zipper is not in it's apportiate place.
The other day, I was really late for class.. But I also really had to use the ladies (as my roommate Kahli would say). So obviously zipping up my red jeans totally slipped my mind.
I ran to class, making quite a loud entrance.. I rather dislike being late to this class because it's one of those classes that face the door.. So all eyes are on you from the moment you open the door until you settle. This particular class is a very quiet for three reasons, they were 20 minutes into the lesson already (I had a good reason... promise), it was a very spiritual class (my Book of Mormon class), and it was quite a small class. After I got situated, took off my coat and got my scriptures out- I look down to find my fly wide open. I pulled down my jacket and zipped up my pants, in my brillant sneaky way.. or so I thought until it made the loudest zipping noise and the girl two seats away whipped her head in my direction. Not to mention that I sit in the front of the class.
Really?
I'm sure you've had this experience before.
Just thought I'd share.
